SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Hello and welcome to shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about the little lifecycle of your order’s journey from the time you place your order to your new designer garment arriving at your doorstep. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. We will then begin making your garment to order. We do offer customization on some of our products. So if you do not see something you are looking for, please contact us.
Orders
Items are paid at the time the order is placed. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours only.
All Items Made to Order
All of items are custom made in our atelier located in the Sunshine State of Florida . Each item is made to order and customization is available. All our couture items are handmade with the care of our knowledgeable and well trained seamstresses. Each and every item might be slightly different due to dye lots and/or handwork, without changing the overall appearance. Custom items may require more time, but we will be sure to let you know the approx. ship date.
SHIPMENT TO THE DOOR
We offer free delivery on all orders. You can also contact us to set up a pick up or be directed to other locations that carry our products.
Damage & Returns
We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping or after delivered. No refunds. Credits are issued per Anglo Couture’s discretion for unworn or defective items. A credit will be issued after items are returned and inspected.
